We would be happy to hear from you if you are interested in a property that we have to let, or if you wish to register for us to send you regular property lists and details. If you see a property you are interested in, please call us as soon as possible because good properties always go quickly.

Once you have registered your interest in a particular property, we will send you more details and arrange a viewing at your convenience. Every viewing is accompanied by the Lettings Manager who will be able to provide immediate advice and answer any questions that you may have.

If you would like to apply to become tenants at the property, please be aware that we will need to undertake referencing (employers and previous landlords as a minimum) and credit checks. To do this, we will need you to complete an application form and provide us with photographic proof of identification (e.g. a passport or photo card driving licence), and verification of your address (e.g. a utility bill or bank statement).

You will also be required to pay a holding deposit and an administration fee. The non-refundable administration fee covers our costs for referencing, carrying out your credit checks and tenancy-related administration. Assuming the rental proceeds, your holding deposit will be deducted from the amount due for the first month’s rent. If Moors Property Management or the landlord declines your application then your holding deposit will be refunded. However, the holding deposit cannot be refunded if you decide against proceeding for any reason, or if the tenancy fails to proceed due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided in the tenancy application.
